Child Development Center (CDC)
The Child Development Center (CDC) offers center-based care for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age. The CDC’s focus is on reaching Child development milestones and school readiness skills. CDC professionals receive comprehensive Early Childhood Education (ECE) training and are given tools, resources, and ongoing support they need to work with children in a developmentally appropriate learning environment. The CDC is fully accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is certified annually by the Commander, Navy Installation Commands (CNIC).
If you would like to enroll your child with full-time status at the CDC or SAC center, you must first go to to the Military Child Care (MCC) website at MilitaryChildCare.com. This site is where parents can establish an account, search and request care, manage requests and updates profiles.
We are committed to supporting the military family by recognizing the uniqueness of each family's lifestyle and cultural heritage. Parents are encouraged to participate in our events and activities listed on our monthly calendar as well as our quarterly parent involvement board meetings.
Hourly care is also available at our School Age Center for $8/hour/child.
